HOJI Swap Plan

With the HOJI Swap Plan, your HOJI watch will be covered for a period of 12 months since the day of delivery. During this period, you will have the right to get a brand new replacement watch if something happens to your purchased HOJI watch.


What does HOJI Swap Plan cover?

  • Any kind of physical damage to your HOJI watch
  • Any kind of damage due to moisture


How can I get the HOJI Swap Plan? 

You can only get the HOJI Swap Plan as an add-on for €50 when you purchase a HOJI watch on our website.


How can I make a claim?

Send a mail to swap@hoji.store with enclosed:

  • the order invoice
  • pictures that clearly show the damage
  • extra comments (e.g. difference shipping address)


How long does it take to process my claim and to receive my replacement watch?


Every claim will be processed within 48 hours. If your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation mail. Your replacement watch will be delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on weekends, holidays and shipping country.


What if I never had to use the HOJI Swap Plan?

Don't worry. You will not lose the value of it. If you never had to use the HOJI Swap Plan during the covered period of 12 months, then you will get its value (i.e. €50) as a discount on your next order on our website. Send us an email at swap@hoji.store and we will send you a unique discount code to redeem on our website.

Scratches and/or signs of normal wear are not part of physical damage.
HOJI Swap Plan is usable only once over the covered period of 12 months.
The order invoice must always be presented.
The damage must be clearly visible on the enclosed pictures.
The replacement watch will be sent to the same shipping address as the original order, unless stated otherwise in the claim.

If only the removable strap is damaged, and the case is not damaged, we will only send new straps.
Loss and theft are not covered.
The damaged watch is always replaced by the same model and color as the original order.
If the watch model to be replaced is no longer in stock, you may choose an other available model and color of the same retail value.
